Launching NEO411.biz involved the collaborative effort of 13 organizations that support entrepreneurs and small businesses in Northeast Ohio. Individually, these organizations provide services to unique niche businesses. Together, these organizations offer support for entrepreneurs that allows them to go from idea stage to business formation, production and even funding in a concerted effort.

NEO411.biz provides support services to a 13-county region that includes: Ashtabula, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Start, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne Counties.

Akron Commercialization Center
The Akron Commercialization Center offers a wide spectrum of commercialization services for technology-based businesses to succeed. In addition, laboratory and office space are available for Akron University-related enterprise development.

Akron Industrial Incubator
Established in 1983, the Akron Industrial Incubator enjoys an international reputation as a successful small business incubator created through a cooperative partnership. The city of Akron, The Akron Development Corporation, The University of Akron, and the State of Ohio have jointly created the program to assist small businesses.

BioEnterprise
BioEnterprise is a business formation, recruitment, and acceleration initiative designed to grow bioscience companies. Companies include emerging medical device, biopharmaceutical, and health care services firms. BioEnterprise provides management counsel, clinical access, business development, and capital access services to these companies. Each year BioEnterprise chooses a select group of companies to join its client base. Being selective allows BioEnterprise to focus its strengths to help companies achieve greater levels of business success. Based in Cleveland, BioEnterprise’s founders and partners are The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals Health System, Case Western Reserve University, and Summa Health System. The initiative comprises the collective activities of BioEnterprise and each of the institutions' commercialization offices: the Case Research Institute Office of Technology Transfer, Cleveland Clinic Innovations, and Summa Enterprise Group. Consortium Of African American Organizations
CAAO (pronounced K-O) is an umbrella consulting organization for the black professional organizations of greater Cleveland. CAAO serves as a conduit and referral source to existing resources for entrepreneurial development, professional development, and leadership empowerment for its member organizations and their members. CAAO has also developed a variety of benefits and services including a joint calendar, job referrals, business leads, and three empowerment circles focusing on: entrepreneurial, non-profit and leadership.

COSE
COSE, the small business division of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, serves as a one-stop resource for its more than 16,400 members by providing: group-purchasing programs that reduce the cost of doing business; advocacy on legislative and regulatory issues affecting the business community; a wide range of resources focused on helping firms grow; and economic development partners that can address business concerns.

GLIDE
The Great Lakes Innovation and Development Enterprise (GLIDE) is a comprehensive regional innovation center and resource hub that supports all facets of the start up, development and growth of enterprises. Created by a partnership between the Lorain County Commissioners, Lorain County Community College, and the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, GLIDE’s objectives are to grow jobs and spearhead economic growth in both Lorain County and throughout Northeast Ohio.

Greater Akron Chamber

JumpStart
JumpStart's mission is to accelerate the growth of early-stage businesses and ideas into venture-ready companies by delivering vital, focused resources to entrepreneurs. To achieve this, JumpStart provides a continuum of business development services as well as seed capital funding to early stage companies in Northeast Ohio. JumpStart's ultimate goal is to solidify, celebrate, and continually grow Northeast Ohio's position as a nationally significant center for entrepreneurship and innovation.

NAWBO - Cleveland
The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is the only national dues-based organization representing all women entrepreneurs in the United States and is the No. 1 resource in Northeast Ohio for women business owners. The organization promotes networking and business referrals, provides educational resources, leadership development and mentoring, advocates for women entrepreneurs and offers a system for sharing information and support.

NorTech
NorTech is a group of technology and business leaders with a vision to enhance the prosperity of the region through science, technology and innovation. Working together these leaders, local and state government and industry representatives have defined missions, policies and targeted actions that will promote new businesses and quality job growth in Northeast Ohio. NorTech has engaged in cross-cutting initiatives that build an innovative, diverse, and entrepreneurial economy independent of any specific industry or technology sectors as well as industry-specific initiatives that build off of existing strengths in strategically selected technology and industry segments including biosciences; electronics (e.g., instruments, controls, and MEMs); fuel cells; information technology; and polymers and advanced materials.

Youngstown Business Incubator
The Youngstown Business Incubator is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit corporation supported, in part, by the Ohio Department of Development. Its mission is to accelerate the formation, growth and success rates of scalable, technology-based businesses in the Mahoning Valley. Its target businesses must have the potential to create a substantial and sustainable number of new jobs with a proprietary and patentable intellectual property that is being commercialized through the sale of new products or services in the marketplace.
